From the bottom of South Street in Exeter City Centre proceed straight across at the junction into Holloway Street and continue into Topsham Road. Go past County Hall and turn left at the traffic lights into Burnthouse Lane. Continue across the first round about, then the 2nd exit at the 2nd about and the 1st exit at the third round about. The property will be found immediately on the left.
