Location
Bovey Tracey often referred to as the gateway to Dartmoor is an ancient historic country town with a wealth of character. The town offers shops, restaurants, primary school, public houses, health centre, various churches, various recreational activities including football, cricket, a running club and an outside swimming pool. Newton Abbot is approximately 6 miles away with its main line railway station to Paddington. The A38 is approximately 2 miles away whilst the city of Exeter is around 14 miles.

Directions
From the A38 take the Drumbridges Roundabout turning left signposted for Liverton, continue through the S-bend and at Exeter Cross (sign posted Ilsington) turn right onto Old Liverton Road. Continue along this road for just under a mile and you will arrive at a crossroads. Turn right here and continue along to New Park. Take the third entrance into New Park signposted Blue Waters. Then take the first right in to Northwoods. Property will be numbered on the right.
