Location
Crediton is an historic market town with a population of about 7,000 situated about seven miles to the northwest of Exeter. The town has a good shopping centre with a diverse range of shops running the length of the wide main street. Morrisons and Tesco superstore are also in the town. There is excellent schooling for both primary and secondary, an eighteen-hole golf course as well as a leisure centre with swimming pool. Crediton train station is about three quarters of a mile from the town centre, on the well-known Tarka Line, which provides good service links to Exeter and countrywide.

Description
The accommodation is entered via the front door into the sitting room with a double glazed window to the front and a fitted woodburner on a brick hearth with a beam over making this an ultra-cosy room when lit. From here is a walkthrough to the kitchen which has been refitted with base and wall units including a built in oven and hob. The kitchen leads to a rear entrance lobby with a door to the rear garden. There is also a modern shower room with WC and sink unit. The staircase leads to the first floor landing with access to the front and back bedrooms, the front bedroom being the main room with built in cupboards.
