Location
Crediton is an historic market town with a population of about 7,000 situated about seven miles to the northwest of Exeter. The town has a good shopping centre with a diverse range of shops running the length of the wide main street. Morrisons, Tesco and Lidl superstores are also in the town. There is excellent schooling for both primary and secondary, an eighteen-hole golf course and a leisure centre with swimming pool. Crediton train station is about three quarters of a mile from the town centre, on the well-known Tarka Line, which provides good service links to Exeter and countrywide.

Description
The front door gives access from North Street into the ground floor which includes the kitchen/breakfast room with a range of wall and base units, sink unit and space for cooker. The rear lobby area also has a door and steps down to the cellar room which offers useful storage. From the kitchen/breakfast room a door also leads to the bathroom with a shower over the bath. The first floor consists of the sitting room with a large bay window to the front and a smaller window to the side. The second floor consists of a small landing area with access to the bedrooms. Outside there is a shared rear yard with store shed and access back around to North Street.
