I started my career with Bradley's in 2003 as a property rentals negotiator based within our Exeter North Street branch. I was promoted to office manager in 2007 and then became office manager of our Rentals Administration Department following a period of transition in 2008. With the increase of legislation and regulation within the industry I acquired my professional ARLA qualification in 2016 and then went on to be promoted to Rentals Compliance Manager in 2020.

Originally from Wales, I moved to Devon in 1986 after many family holidays. I’m happily married with two grown-up children and two grandchildren. I enjoy a variety of sports, but mainly football and rugby, although at my age I’m better suited to watching rather than trying to play. I love family time, travel and visits to the Principality Stadium to watch my beloved Wales play rugby whenever I get the chance
