I started my career in housing in 1993 straight from college. Over the next 32 years I worked in sales for 2 large Housebuilders both of which operated in environments focused on the customer experience both in quality and service, and for this reason commanded a premium over their competitors.

I am a massive advocate of customer service and the importance that the teams play in delivering service and results both for the customers and the company a like. I was over the moon to be offered the job at Bradleys due to their focus on staff engagement and customer excellence, aligning perfectly with my views.

Outside of work I enjoy Socialising and Walking the dog, I am a keen golfer and look forward to improving my game.
