Saturday 18th April saw the Phase 3 & 6 open day at Abbeyford Vale, Okehampton prove to be a brilliant success. The sun was out, and the team from Bradleys Estate Agents were delighted to welcome so many visitors to the site.
Prospective homebuyers were invited to explore the popular new homes development on the edge of Okehampton, at an open day which occurred on Saturday.
The event offered visitors the opportunity to view a selection of 2, 3 and brand new 4 bedroom homes under construction by local developer, ADPAD (Okehampton) Ltd, and to gain an insight into the layout, specification, and lifestyle on offer at the development.
Situated less than a mile from Okehampton town centre, Abbeyford Vale combines modern living with countryside surroundings and views, offering easy access to local schools, shops, leisure facilities and transport links, including the A30 and the Dartmoor Line railway.
During the open day, attendees were able to view the homes and available plots, speak directly with sales team from Bradleys about individual properties, learn more about the build quality, specifications and energy efficient features and finally discuss purchasing options, reservation processes and moving timescales.
Alex Mitchel, Land & New Homes Business Development Manager commented:
“It was great to see such strong interest, and we’re excited to help our viewers take the next step towards reserving their new homes. Abbeyford Vale has proved extremely popular with families, first time buyers and downsizers alike. The open day was a great opportunity for anyone considering a move to Okehampton to see the homes in person and experience the location for themselves.”
Abbeyford Vale offers a range of thoughtfully designed homes, many featuring open plan living spaces, private gardens and off road parking, all supported by a 10 year ICW structural warranty.
