The event brought together team members from across the company to reflect on successes, explore opportunities, and set the course for an exciting 2025.
The day kicked off with an insightful speech by Kevin James, New Homes Director, titled ‘Our Opportunity.’ Kevin highlighted the immense potential for growth and innovation in the coming year, urging the team to seize the opportunities ahead with enthusiasm and determination and to ensure our customers remain at the heart of everything we do.
Claire Lawson, our Employee of the Year from Camborne, took to the stage next to deliver her engaging session on providing the Complete Property Service. Her speech provided practical advice and inspiration on how each team member can play a role in driving success through stronger client relationships and collaboration.
The first Q&A session of the day featured Richard Greetham, Director, alongside Matt Edwards, Manager of the Plymouth office, and Sam Elias, Manager of the Callington office. Together, they discussed ‘Maximising Team Performance’ and shared valuable insights into how Bradleys teams can work more effectively for the benefit of our customers.
Another standout session was the Q&A with Ian Fox, Block Management specialist, and Kai Logan, Marketing Director, focused on ‘Bradleys Estate & Block Management.’ This gave an overview to the attendees of the latest Bradleys Group venture to compliment the company’s current suite of property services.
Ben Morgan, Manager of the Sidmouth office, followed with an inspiring session about showing off our client’s homes in the very best light through video and modern marketing tools, ensuring the best outcomes for both sellers and buyers.
Kevin James returned to the stage with a powerful presentation on evolving Bradleys Lettings sharing strategies to boost this important part of Bradleys’ portfolio and using modern technology to complement the existing processes and service standards.
