Celebrating 33 Years of Bradleys at Head Office!

This June marked 33 years since Bradleys Estate Agents first opened its doors in Rolle Street, Exmouth - and the whole Bradleys family came together once again to celebrate where it all began.

Over 150 colleagues from across the company gathered for an evening of food, fun, and fundraising. From Cornwall to Somerset, team members travelled in to enjoy the annual summer BBQ, which has always been one of the highlights in the Bradleys calendar.

A staple of the celebration is the charity game - a unique tradition dreamed up each year by Managing Director, Chris Baxter. This year’s challenge, “Ball in Each Tyre,” raised nearly £180, with all proceeds going to Hospiscare, as part of Bradleys’ ongoing support as members of the 40 Club. The initiative sees 40 local businesses each commit to raising £1,000 annually to support the charity’s essential work.

Guests were treated to Andy’s famous paella, a delicious selection of steak burgers and pulled pork courtesy of The Pig Apple, and a selection of showstopping brownie stacks from Big Bakes Bakery — all enjoyed as the sun set over Exmouth.

Reflecting on the occasion, Group Chairman Brian Bradley shared:

“There’s something very special about our anniversary event in Exmouth each year - not just because it’s where we started, but because it reminds us how far we’ve come. Seeing so many of our colleagues, especially those who’ve travelled from across the region, all celebrating together is a real testament to the culture we’ve built here. I’m proud of the journey we’ve shared and excited for what’s ahead.”
