The Property Academy creates the survey each year to see how the property industry changes, what influences decisions for home movers and how the industry changes year on year. The findings are then shared at their annual conference in November whereby estate and letting agents, along with industry suppliers and supporters can see how recent home movers have behaved along with what they find valuable.
