Price is key! That’s the message from Rightmove who have confirmed the number of available properties remains at a 10 year high, which provides buyers with far greater choice. Colleen Babcock, Rightmove property expert explains “The discerning buyer can quickly spot when a property appears over-priced compared with many others that are for sale in the area. New sellers appear to be identifying this and are willing to place their homes at a more attractive asking price to secure a buyer.”
