Directions
From the bottom of South Street in Exeter City Centre, proceed into Holloway Street and on into Topsham Road. Go past County Hall on the left hand side and straight across at the traffic lights at Barrack Road. Take a left hand turning at the next set of traffic lights into Burnthouse Lane and turn immediately right, bearing right into Hamilton Avenue where no 18 will be found at the very end on the left hand side.
