Directions
From the bottom of South Street in Exeter City Centre, proceed into Holloway Street and continue on into Topsham Road. Go past County Hall on the left hand side, take a left hand turning by the traffic lights into Barrack Road, continue up Barrack Road as if heading towards the RD&E Hospital. Just before the Hospital turn right by the traffic lights into Dryden Road and first right into Well Oak Park, turn immediately right into Masterton Street and follow the road around, turn right at the end into Alice Templer Close and the property will be found on the right.
