Directions
From the Sidwell Street roundabout by the Odean Cinema in Exeter city centre, proceed into Old Tiverton Road. Take the second exit at the roundabout at the end of Old Tiverton Road, into Stoke Hill, bearing immediately left into Rosebarn Lane. Continue to the top of Rosebarn Lane, taking a right hand turning into Collins Road. Take the first left into Mayflower Avenue and the property will be found a short way along on the right hand side.
