Our office opened in 1994 and over the years has grown from strength to strength. Helping people with every aspect of buying and selling property, as well as managing a substantial rental portfolio. I am proud that all of the team have an in depth knowledge of Budleigh Salterton and the surrounding villages. Our office is located in The High Street, in the heart of the town centre. The large office has a prominent double window display.
Our experienced team believe that working together with an understanding of our clients and their requirements, we achieve the best results. We are very proud of the level of service we provide, which is substantiated by the feedback from hundreds of our customers, all of which are available on our reviews page.
We also have access to a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to provide our clients with Energy Performance Certificates when needed to sell or let their property. With each property we bring to the market, our goal is to sell or let each one where we provide accurate and honest advice to each client. We feel that we are best placed to get it right upon evidence from recent successes and information gained from our 30+ offices.
