We are pleased to announce that Clair Harmer, Bradleys Customer Experience Team Manager has been nominated and successfully chosen as Bradleys Employee of the month for April.
Clair is a dedicated member of the Customer Experience Team at our head office in Exmouth, having managed them since they were formed 9 years ago. Clair strives to lead the team to make sure that all of our buyers, vendors, tenants and landlords receive exceptional service that is second to none and her hard work is sincerely valued.
The Customer Experience team plays a vital role in the running of Bradleys Estate Agents, dealing with thousands of enquiries per week until 9pm, 7days a week. Clair’s Team work extremely closely with all of our 30 branches across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset responding to online and telephone enquiries as well as arranging valuation and viewing appointments. Clair has been nominated by a number of Managers across the group who appreciate Clair’s efforts and therefor has been awarded a certificate, Amazon voucher and a bottle of bubbly to enjoy!
