It’s four in a row!

The largest independent review website for the property industry,, recently announced the winners of their annual awards from over 14,000 estate agencies across the UK.

The results were extremely positive for the region and in particular all of us here at Bradleys, having secured the coveted title ‘Best in the UK for customer service (sales)’ for a fourth year in succession. In addition to this award we were also awarded ‘Best Transparent Agent in the UK (sales)’.

The latter award is chosen from companies that are registered ‘transparent agents’ who promote access to reviews from sellers and landlords. Reviewers and enquirers can be assured we have had no influence in which reviews appear (both good and bad), and that we have not attempted to hide them. This is a voluntary and free scheme for any agent to sign up to.

On receipt of the awards being announced our Managing Director, Francis Marshall, commented “It is fantastic news! We continue to pride ourselves on our service, so receiving this award makes all the hard work worthwhile. I really want to thank the customers who have taken the time to review our service as well as the staff for delivering the service in the first place. Since last year we have extended our opening hours until 10pm, 7 days a week, as a result of receiving more enquiries outside of normal working hours than ever, and we will continue to look at how else we can secure the best price and provide a great service as we enter our 25th year in 2017.”
